We have a little arrangement with the establishments in this area: For a small, non-negotiable fee of £150, we let your business keep running. 

Just keep customers happy and you should get the funds in no time. If they ask for fish, sausage or chips, fry them until the light goes green. For condiments and salad, just put them in the box. The better you are at your job, the more they will be willing to pay.
